Our journey to strength and well-being

GemStrong was born from a very personal journey. After overcoming domestic violence, I found solace and strength in fitness, particularly kickboxing, learning self-defence. While motherhood took precedence over a professional fighting career, the lessons of resilience and self-worth remained. After a challenging relationship, I focused on rebuilding myself, returning to training, becoming fitter, and finding joy again. Losing 26kg since August 2025 through hard work, consistency, and faith on standing on my own 2 feet, I understood the power of self-improvement without shortcuts. This experience ignited the desire to help others find their own strength.

What truly sets GemStrong apart from other fitness and well-being brands is our heart and genuine commitment to you. While many focus solely on profits, we are dedicated to building safe communication platforms and nurturing environments. We offer safe spaces for women to learn self-defence, and for young people to become active and understand how to channel aggression constructively.
